Logistics

  • During the inquiry and booking steps, we will finalize all the details of the event. Where to load in, parking for us after loading in, where to set up, menu and any special requests needed to make your event special.

  • We bring everything! All the ingredients, ice, cups, water, menu, etc. We want you to sit back, relax and enjoy your event.

  • Our set-up is a self-contained cart. So we need access to the site free from steps. We need to be within 20 feet of a standard electric outlet. All water and supplies needed for us to serve are contained on the cart.

  • All you need to do is enjoy your event! During the booking process, we’ll finalize all the event details. Once we arrive, you’ll be able to focus on your event and let us handle set-up and serving your guests.
